Did you buy PVC Pipe in the U.S. between April 1, 2021, and May 16, 2025, directly from any of the Converter Defendants listed below?
You might be affected by a class action lawsuit.
What is the current status of the Settlement?

The Settlement Fund will also pay for legal fees, administrative costs, and service awards for the Plaintiffs at a later date, if approved by the Court.
OPIS also agreed to help Plaintiffs with their ongoing lawsuit against the Converter Defendants. Any money paid by the Converter Defendants will be added to the $3 million paid by OPIS.
If you’re a Class Member, you don’t need to do anything right now.
